Our Story
Since 1971, Noah's Ark Preschool has been a cornerstone of early childhood education in Lapeer County. For 54 years, we've been providing an excellent kindergarten-readiness program for 3- and 4-year-olds. Our program features academics, arts and crafts, physical activity, and music in a safe, nurturing, Bible-centered environment.
What started as a small program has grown into one of Lapeer's most trusted preschools — a place where generations of families have entrusted us with their most precious gift: their children.
Located inside Calvary Bible Church on South Main Street, our preschool benefits from a safe, well-maintained facility with dedicated classroom spaces, age-appropriate play areas, and a nurturing atmosphere that makes children feel right at home.
Our Mission
Noah's Ark Preschool, in partnership with parents and members of Calvary Bible Church, provides a foundation in Christian living as students are prepared to enter formal education and a life of service to our Lord through excellence in Bible-centered instruction and through godly example.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to encourage the development of the whole child. We provide a safe, well-supervised program which focuses on developmental growth in physical skills (both large and small muscles), social and communication skills, emotional development (including positive self-concept), intellectual growth (following school requirements), and spiritual development using a Bible-based curriculum.
